Launched in May 2006 by Angelucci Manigat, Jr., The Haitian Voice is a free monthly trilingual print newspaper dedicated to helping rehabilitate the collective image of Haiti and its diaspora. It is a community organizing tool.
The Haitian Voice prioritizes information that promotes creativity, diversity, self-determination, competence, transparence and tolerance, while observing the ethics of journalism.
In the United States, The Haitian Voice is distributed mainly in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey. In Haiti, it is given out in Pétion-Ville, Delmas, Port-au-Prince, Carrefour, Gressier and Léogâne. The Haitian Voice is the
first free newspaper of its kind in Haiti.
Our influence has been largely documented in national and local news organizations such as Associated Press, Connecticut Post, CBS News, NBC News, Channel 12 News, Hartford Courant, Stamford Advocate and
National Public Radio (NPR).

communautaire.
The Haitian Voice priorise les informations qui encouragent la créativité, la diversité, l’autodétermination, la compétence, la transparence et la tolérance, tout en s’attachant à la déontologie journalistique.
The Haitian Voice est distribuée gratuitement en Haïti dans les régions de Pétion-Ville, Delmas, Port-au-Prince, Carrefour, Gressier et Léogâne. Aux États-Unis, sa distribution se concentre dans les grandes agglomérations
haitiano-américaines de Connecticut, New York et NewJersey.
